Turkish Delight

This sweet black tea is flavored with dried dates, pistachios, almonds, and rose petals. A tribute to Turkey, which consumes the most tea per capita. 

Tea Type or Tisane | Flavors: Black+ | sweet, baked apple, nutty, silky mouthfeel

Tea Tips: Serve this tea with any Middle Eastern food. Also a delicious dessert tea. 

Ingredients: China black tea, Germany: date pieces (date, rice flour), pistachios, planed almonds, flavoring, rose petals Contains: tree nuts (pistachios and almonds)  

How to Steep: 2.0 tsp, 8 oz water, 212°F, 4–5 min. 

Fun Fact: A samovar, used throughout the Middle East, is a large and often elaborate urn-shaped metal container used to boil water for tea. Filled with a strong tea concentrate, a small teapot is placed on top of the samovar. The steam from the boiling water below keeps the tea hot!
