How to Steep: Western-style: 1 heaping tsp, 8 oz water, 205°F, 4 min; Eastern-style: 2.5 heaping tsp (or 5 gm), 6 oz water, 205°F, 10 sec; steep multiple times, adding 5 sec each time.
